There are two ways to work with me directly. Most leaders start with Executive Triage because it answers the question they can’t answer on their own: what’s the pattern I can’t see? From there, some move into ongoing coaching. Some don’t need to. The intelligence brief gives them enough to move forward on their own.

The starting point for most of my clients. A single 90-minute conversation where I identify the invisible pattern running your decisions. Within 48 hours, you receive an 8-page intelligence brief that names what you can’t see from the inside.
This is not coaching. It’s not an assessment. It’s pattern recognition. I listen for the thing that keeps showing up across your decisions, your team dynamics, and your career, the thing that’s so close to how you operate that you can’t see it without someone outside the system naming it for you.
One session. One report. One pattern. No ongoing commitment unless you want one.

1:1 Executive Coaching
Seeing the pattern is the starting point. Changing how you operate is where the real work happens.
Private, ongoing executive coaching for C-suite and senior leaders at mid-market companies. This is not a program with modules and homework. It’s a real relationship with someone who will tell you what’s actually happening, help you see what you’re missing, and work with you to change it.

When a company needs more than individual executive coaching, we work the full leadership layer. I coach the senior executive. My colleague Jacqueline coaches the leaders who report to them. Twice a year, we bring everyone together for live facilitation through our CARE to Lead® model.
This is for mid-market organizations where the senior team’s dynamics have become the thing either accelerating the business or quietly limiting it. Where the CEO sees the problem but can’t fix it alone because the pattern runs through the whole leadership team, not just one person.
We don’t do team building exercises. We change how the people running the company actually work together, from the top down and the bottom up, at the same time.
