There are two ways to work with me directly, depending on where you are.

The starting point. A 90-minute conversation where I identify the one invisible pattern running your decisions. Within 48 hours you receive an 8-page intelligence brief that names what you can’t see from the inside.
This is not coaching. It’s pattern recognition. One session, one report, one pattern. No commitment beyond the session.
Most of my 1:1 coaching clients start here. The intelligence brief creates the clarity. Coaching creates the change.
1:1 Executive Coaching
Private, ongoing coaching for C-suite and senior leaders. This is not a program with modules and homework. It’s a real relationship with someone who will tell you what’s actually happening, help you see what you’re missing, and work with you to change it.
We work on what’s in front of you right now. The board conversation you’re preparing for. The team dynamic that’s not resolving. The decision you’re circling but not making. The pattern that keeps showing up no matter what you try.
If you’ve already done Executive Triage, the intelligence brief becomes the foundation we build on. If you haven’t, we can start with a conversation to see whether coaching is the right fit.
