How It Works
STEP 1
I coach the senior executive. Private 1:1 coaching at the top. We work on the patterns driving their leadership and the ripple effects on the organization.
STEP 2
Jacqueline coaches the leadership layer below. Directors, VPs, and emerging leaders get their own coaching, 1:1 or group depending on the size. Same quality, calibrated to where they are.
STEP 3
Twice a year, we bring everyone together. Live facilitation sessions where the full leadership team works on the real dynamics, together, in person. This is our CARE to Lead® model.
This isn’t a one-time workshop. It’s an embedded coaching relationship across multiple levels of your organization, designed to change how your leaders think, communicate, and make decisions.
